This is the refund policy for NextGround, LLC, the team behind trynextground.com. If anything here is unclear, ask us through our contact page and a real person will explain it.

Free consults and fit consults
Free consults and 1:1 Fit Consults are always free. There is nothing to refund because there is nothing to pay.
Prep Sessions ($50)
A Prep Session costs $50, paid when you send your request. If we can't find a time that works for you, you get a full refund. You can reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before your session by replying to your confirmation email. If you cancel or miss a session with less than 24 hours' notice, the session is not refunded, but we will always work with you if something serious comes up.
1:1 Coaching ($175 a month)
1:1 Coaching is billed monthly after your fit consult and approval. You can cancel anytime from your session page. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access through the end of the month you already paid for, and partial months are not refunded.
Cohorts
A cohort seat is reserved with half the cost down, and the rest is due before the first class. Once a cohort begins, payments are final, whether or not a participant finishes.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, our payment processor. They usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.
