The fine print, in plain words

Privacy Policy.

What we collect, why we collect it, and who ever sees it. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

This is the privacy policy for NextGround, LLC, the team behind trynextground.com. If anything here is unclear, ask us through our contact page and a real person will explain it.

What we collect

We collect what you type into our forms: the waitlist, the Role Matcher, booking requests, and the contact form. That can include your name, email, optional phone number, state, current role, what you need help with, the times you prefer, and your time zone. We also keep the files you upload for a session, and we use basic site analytics to understand which pages people visit.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. NextGround never sees or stores your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and run sessions, match you with the right practitioner, send booking and program emails, and improve NextGround.

Who sees it

Your information is seen by Devin and by the practitioner assigned to your session (Devin Lewis, Renicka Bearden, or Holly Owens). We also rely on the service providers that run our site, email, file storage, and payments. We never sell personal information.

Files

Files you upload are stored privately. They are visible only to you, your practitioner, and NextGround admins, through links that expire.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or remove uploaded files, through the contact page. You can unsubscribe from non-booking emails anytime.

Who it is for

NextGround is for educators in the United States. It is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

When our practices change, we update this page.

Routes open in small cohorts. Waitlist members hear first.
